W Residences at Dubai Harbour is a project by developer Arada in partnership with Marriott International — an AED 5 billion complex of around 490 residences across three towers, on the shoreline between Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, beside the largest yacht marina in the region.

The residences carry the W Hotels brand: the design, the maintenance standard and the hotel services — while ownership is yours, 100%. Units range from one-bedroom apartments (~110 m²) to five-bedroom penthouses with pools; most with direct sea views.

This is for buyers after a trophy address or a premium rental investment — branded residences in Dubai have historically commanded higher resale and rental prices than conventional buildings.
